My name is Sylvia, and I am a passionate yoga practitioner dedicated to helping others restore their mobility and relieve chronic pain, empowering you to feel strong, confident, and full of energy.
My journey took a significant turn after years of primarily practicing with machines, lifting heavy
weights, and training in self-defense and full-contact karate. While these activities were rewarding,
they also led to multiple injuries that left me feeling stuck in a cycle of wanting to move but not
knowing how to start again. I found myself frustrated and overwhelmed, feeling as though my body was working against me.
During this challenging time, I realized that the key wasn’t about pushing myself into intense
workouts but rather about building a manageable and rewarding routine. By starting with just 10-15
minutes of movement each day, I was able to slowly rebuild my strength and confidence. Now, I help others take those first small steps back into movement—because I know firsthand how powerful they can be.
As a certified expert in Yoga, Pilates, and Recovery Coaching, I bring over 20 years of experience to
support you on your path to greater well-being and improved quality of life. For me, yoga is more
than just a physical practice; it is a way of life that connects body, mind, and soul.
At Fusion-Yogini, I blend various yoga styles and philosophies to create a harmonious and holistic
experience. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience, you'll find

Hello everyone.
I have been doing rehab sports at Sylvia's class for several years. Before I started with her, I had a few trial trainings with the other providers.
Sylvia does it professionally and lovingly. She is always in a good mood and can motivate her fellow mates. Each time she shows us other exercises that are very helpful.
Since I have been doing rehab sports, I actually have a lot less problems with my back than before. I'm glad I get to know her. Keep it up!
